Compass
Enlighten your agents.
I took inspiration from Matt Pocock's skills and Lauren Tan's pstack. But I wanted to make my own, obviously, because I have my own workflows. Compass is where I maintain the skills, instructions, and setup I use in Codex.
The point of a skill is to correct something the agent gets wrong by default. LLMs already know how to write slop. You don't need to teach them. Unslop helps edit that out; diagnosing-bugs makes the agent reproduce a bug before coming up with a theory. I borrow what works, adapt it, and keep it pruned. Things have to earn their place.
